3D Logistik has been acquired by Jetpak in January 2020.
As of July 1st, 2020, the final merger has come into effect and our name is now Jetpak Danmark A/S.
We now have the option to create even more logistics solutions on the road and in the air.

We put a lot of emphasis on personal service, just as we take pride in performing each task to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
One of the advantages with our concept is that we follow each shipment and report back actively if there are problems during transportation.
We carry out transport and logistics in Denmark and international and make deliveries to companies and private clients.

Jetpak Group Acquires 3D Logistik A/S

Jetpak Group has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in 3D Logistik A/S, which will be consolidated in Jetpak Top Holding January 2nd 2020.
3D Logistik A/S is a Danish based express logistic company with headquarter in Kolding. The company has 35 employees and a yearly revenue of approximately 100 MDKK (140 MSEK).
3D has a strong focus on time sensitive solutions and has developed a strong position within pharma and healthcare segment and other transport solutions involving time and temperature sensitive transports.
“The acquisition of 3D Logistik is an important step towards ensuring future Jetpak growth within less cyclical segments and will strengthen our growth and strategic position in the Nordics. 3D CEO Steen Møller has positioned 3D as a strong player in specialized express logistics, and I look forward to continue this journey together with Steen and his team” says Jetpak CEO Kenneth Marx.
Current management of 3D will be an important part of expanding time and temperature solutions into other Nordic countries as well as continue to strengthen Jetpak market position in Denmark.
